Article 27 – Repeal

Article 28 – Monitoring and evaluation clause
By 1 January 2018 at the latest, the Commission shall establish a detailed programme for monitoring the effectiveness of this Regulation.

The evaluation shall, where appropriate, inform a proposal for the amendment or repeal of this Regulation in light of legal, technical or economic developments.
Article 29 – Entry into force and application
1.This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2.It shall apply from 25 May 2018.
